Modern Minimalism: Emphasize clean lines with simple headers like pinch pleats or tab tops that complement contemporary spaces without overwhelming them.
Traditional Elegance: Opt for detled styles such as ripple fold or pencil pleat curtns, which evoke classic beauty and sophistication.
Space Considerations
Window Widths: Measure the window's width accurately then multiply by 2.2 for a standard impact, or increase to 2.8 for an opulent feel. Ready-made curtns typically come in widths of 112cm, 167cm, or 228cm.
Bay Windows: Bay windows offer less possibilities with poles that b to fit the angle or track systems that can be adapted accordingly. Avoid eyelet and tab-top curtns as they cannot accommodate supporting brackets when fully opened.
Installation Requirements
Pole Installation: Ensure enough space for a pole, ideally 15cm from the top of your window frame.
Track Installation: For recessed tracks, you need approximately 10-15cm clearance to account for both track and header sizes.
Stack Back Distance: A minimum of 20cm on each side is crucial when deciding the width needed to accommodate curtns when they are fully opened.
